Cal. 602 in small, slim 33mm cases. The last manual wind chronometre made by omega (until recent productions), available only in solid gold cases and uncommon (only 4,000 were produced).

The first example has the original strap, buckle, hangtag and box while the second one has a solid gold dial and also with the original strap and buckle.

That's a bit of an odd duck, especially the second one, is that a white gold dial or yellow gold that's catching the light and looking silver?

    Very nice!

What is the 'OM swiss OM'?

Edit: Ah, 'Or Massif' or Solid Gold.

Very nice. I didn't know this model existed or that the 600 calibres were chronometer rated.

OM is Or Massif which means solid gold.

SWISS MADE means it was made in Switzerland. :D

Nice example. Regarding the last manual wound chronometer, are you including the Cal. 864?

Here are mine - one is also with gold dial, the other in silver but a little different with luminous markers:

    Hi everyone!

I've recently picked up the "watch-virus" and I'm completely into it now. Maybe a bit too much...
Got myself a Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 with white-silver dail for more frequent use. Love it.

After just couple of days of intense searching on the internet, I knew my first (affortabe) luxury vintage watch would be an Omega Genève - partly for the very exceptionnal occasion and partly as a long-term investment. By somewhat of a conincidence I stumbled onto the Omega Genève 137.001 and lucky to find one on a thrusted on-line platform, I decided to pull the trigger.
Now, I paid a high price. I think it's a correct price, but I wanted a second and third opinion. As I have in fact way too little experience to buy such a watch and know the real value, I'm still unsure if I should keep it. The thrusted platform gives a free 14-days return period.

The part which "bothers me", are the corrosion on the hands and the hour marks. Here's already a picture I made. I have some pictures of the vendor as well, if someone would want to have a closer look. Is this considered "normal" for a +1500EUR price?

Thank you guys for the feedback!

Probably better to start a new thread. In any case, need more photos, particularly the movement and inside the case back.

Here's one I sold a few years ago as a reference for price:

SOLD: Vintage Omega Geneve Chronometer 18k Gold - Serviced [Reduced] | Omega Forums

1500 euro seems a bit on the high end for that particular watch given the condition, based on that one photo, especially if the watch hasn't been serviced.

Yup, that's indeed one post that made me think I paid too much. On the other end. How can you compare prices over 4 years time. So much things have gone up in value, it's difficult to compare... Thinking about it, the back is pretty roughly polished. Maybe that's a cut-off line?

Maybe I'll start a new thread indeed and get the vendor's pictures in it anyway.

I'm liking #2 with that "scientific minute track" and full gold dial. Very nice!
