Hello OFers, For sale here is a 2007 Omega SMP Electric Blue 2255.80, in full set with the 2531.80 Blue Bond Bezel mod, original SS bezel is included. I got these recently as part of my quest to find the diver that suits me the best. Was comparing it to a mid-sized SMPc in the following thread, and between these 2 I like the midsize better: https://omegaforums.net/threads/2255-80-“electric-blue”-vs-smpc-mid-size-which-one-should-i-keep.92419/ The Mod: I got the 2531.80 bezel from padders here at OF, which is a genuine Omega part [Note: It's the entire bezel, not just the bezel insert]. The bezel was installed by a Omega certified watchmaker here in San Jose, as discussed in the above thread. The watch looks a bit scuffed up in the picture, however if looking closely, you'll find that most of the scuffs are on the bezel. The watch itself, and the original SS bezel are actually in excellent cosmetic conditions. I've included some pictures before the mod, and the SS bezel itself as follows: Specs: Year: 2007 Ref: 2255.80 Material: Stainless Steel Crystal: Sapphire Movement: 1120 Diameter: 41mm Accessories: Outer/Inner Boxes, Manual, Card Holder, Stamped Warranty Card, Pictogram Card, Chronometer Certificate, Hang Tag, Caseback sticker Conditions: Movement: Running incredibly accurate at +0.2sec/day on average. Amplitude is 265 on average (281 and 277 on dial up and down positions). See the picture below for the timegrapher testing done by my watchmaker. Crystal: Perfect and no scratch at all. Case: Overall excellent condition. Bezel: Overall excellent condition. Bracelet: Overall excellent condition, sized to fit my 6.25' wrist, but all links included. Asking Price: Now $1,800 Shipped using 2nd day shipping in CONUS (prefer US sales at this point). If buyer request faster shipping additional costs will be covered by buyer. Face to Face available in SF Bay Area. Payment terms are Paypal F&F or bank wires for the asking price. Paypal G&S is accepted but fee is on buyer. Return Policy: Returns accepted within 48 hours no questions asked, shipping cost on buyer. However items need to be in exactly the same condition. Ok, Maybe the EB is not as popular as I thought. Price is now $1800. The bezel part and installation cost me $250, so the original watch is essentially $1550 now...
