Anyone know anything about this watch or whether it is worth anything? I can imagine it had more sentimental value but my dad has had it since it was bought in 1985 and barely worn it

This style watch is typically worth only a bit more than the melt value of the gold.

Looks like a 1970s integrated bracelet model. I’d say probably not bought new in 1985.
It was a style in those times, some people like similar Patek Philippe watches or Piaget brand - but of course the Patek and Piaget brands are worth much more, either in the high end horology segment or the high end jewelery segment.
If you like it as a lady and don’t need the cash, certainly there’s nothing wrong getting it serviced and wearing it on dressy occasions, but only if the bracelet will fit.
If it doesn’t then it gets very tricky.

There may be quite a lot of gold in that bracelet.
