1984 Rolex 16014 - wrong minute marker placement?

Was about to acquire this piece but comparing it to other listings online the small minute markers should not be placed besides the outer half of the long minute markers.. rather, it should be besides the inner half of the long minute markers. Can anyone confirm if I am correct - that this watch has been redialed?

Also, the U and S from DATEJUST looks wobbly.

I’m trying to see what you are seeing about the second track and I’m not seeing it. The earlier dials of this series didn’t have the half second, only into the 80’a did these start appearing.

I grabbed this pic off the web which is most similar to your dial



This appears pretty much identical to yours, including the shape of the U and the S which is larger on top than the bottom on the S.
I don’t see anything wrong with this dial, perhaps @Dan S can chime in here.

Keep in mind that during this time, dials were made by no less than 6 different companies on contract for Rolex. You will always see variances. The dial looks ok to me.
