Hi All, Picked up last year, with thoughts of keeping it to wear, I've fallen in love with something else, and the MK4.5 has to go. This is a one owner watch (bought from the son of the original owner). I have no paperwork/service history. Condition: Main Tonneau case: a few scratches as shown in pictures, graining is good/original, all the edges are sharp, the case is unfinished. Inner polished barrel case: some signs of very light surface rust - this is an inner module that fits inside the tonneau case, it looks to need a clean, but I don't want to mess with it/use chemicals and cause damage. Bracelet: 1162/1/172 Good condition, needs a clean, some desk diving swirls on the clasp - no stretch in the bracelet, clasp is very tight - big enough for a 7inch wrist. Glass: lots of surface swirls, a notch out at 12, and a notch out at 7. Movement: 1045 calibre - have had it running for a couple of days, keeps good time, but I would recommend a service. 4632091 puts this to a 1984 production year. Price: £900 net to me (Buyer to cover shipping and any payment fees).
£1,150 including paypal fees, insured shipping in the UK, or the first £10 towards international insured shipping.
Reduced to £1,000 including PP fees and RMSD shipping within the UK. Open to offers, so please message me if you're interested, and let's see if we can do a deal.
Withdrawing this for the moment... I keep going back and forth on it, and worry I might regret selling it.
Great, i'm not alone I have a certain piece that has already been withdrawn and re listed and is now perilously close to being withdrawn yet again.
It's tough isnt it Stuart? I could do with freeing up the cash, but then I look at it, and don't want to let it go. It needs a couple link to even fit on my wrist, so I've not even worn it yet and I feel like this!
Original, Unmessed with, on original bracelet... Take it away, make it your own! Not open to trades on this one, but if we're close on price, send me an offer.
Sold - thanks to OF for the marketplace, and to interested parties for their offers - sold off forum.
