1982 Garantie punched paperwork question

Hi, I have some paperwork and wondered what the random punched numbers represents? they are upside down on the Garantie and dont represent the serial?

Any help would be appreciated.

The only punched codes that I’ve seen other than the reference of the watch are the country codes. These codes were present on all watches not initially shipped to the USA. Usually they are punched directly to the left of the watch reference number so this location is a bit unusual. Also, the code of 160 is for Great Britain so I would think the guarantee would be in English with that code. Sorry I can’t be more helpful.
