    I was given this watch by BMW IN 1980. As shown, it's a "Partsmaster". Has anyone ever seen an Omega renamed like this as a gift/handout? It's a Quartz , 10k gold filled and I'm sure pretty much worthless, but a keepsake.

    I agree, 'Partsmaster' is a perfect term for some of the suspect watches we see on eBay!

    And as to the OP's inquiry, I think you're right: it has very little collector's value other than to the recipients and their families, or possibly to collectors of BMW -related stuff. Pretty neat though. The "Partsmaster" on the front is pretty inconspicuous and the logo engraving on the back is neat.
