1971 Ultra Chron - Thoughts?

I was looking for something else (the elusive original black dial vintage Seamaster) when I claim across this Ultra Chron. Seller states it was fully serviced in 2018 as marked on inside of caseback and that receipt for service will come with. Says that the boxes are original to the watch. Claims that dial is fully original.

What do you guys think? Too clean and complete to be true? Or an uncommon but solid find? I do suspect at least a light polish at some time, but most edges and angles still seem decent. I've not encountered overly faked dials for Ultra Chrons before, but I'm still learning my way around vintage, so any thoughts are appreciated, as always. And if anyone feels it is fully genuine, opinions on what a fair offer should be, even if PM'd to me, would be appreciated.

    Grazie!

I agree, everything looks original to my eye: dial, case and boxes. A very well-preserved example of an early Ultra-Chron.

Glad to hear I'm getting better at the vintage pieces. Any thoughts on fair value, in your opinions?

Wow, that movement looks incredibly clean - I expect it is pretty close to what it must have looked like from the factory.
