Hi all,

Found a really nice looking Vintage Seamaster that I would love to hear everyones thoughts on. I can't tell if it looks too good to be true, so that is why I'm checking. Seller is asking $1,350 - does this seem steep? Thanks so much for any thoughts.

Looks correct and has a nice dial but seems over polished. The 1 o’clock lug in particular seems to show the the gold cap worn away at the edges. That’s enough for it to be a pass for me unless it turns out to be reflection.

If it’s for sale, it’s also better to post the asking price rather than asking for opinions on value

Ah ok gotcha. I'll update the post with it. The asking price is currently $1,350. Thank you very much!

Not a $1300+ watch. Constellation crown is a bit bizarre on this piece as well.

As noted its been severely polished, which for me too would make it a hard pass, maybe $650 if you really like the dial.

I'd move on.
