·For sale is a 167.005 reference dog leg lug Omega Constellation dating to 1967. Please see below for details, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Dial: Original, non-refinished silver dial is in nice condition and features onyx accents at 12/3/6/9. The dial is nice but not perfect - it has very light patina and I believe at some point someone removed the paint from the top of the non-onyx markers as I’ve never seen one of these without that paint there. Perhaps someone scratched the paint and subsequently chose to remove it entirely (pure speculation). The dial presents nicely in my opinion.
Case: Original 34.5mm 167.005 case is in overall nice condition and is unpolished with sharp bevels on the lugs and a nice medallion on the caseback. However, there is one significant scratch on the caseback from being opened improperly.
Crown: Correct vintage decagonal crown I had installed recently.
Crystal: Original signed crystal (Omega logo etched in center).
Movement: Original 551 caliber automatic movement runs, winds, and sets fine but service history is unknown. Serial number dates the watch to 1967.
Strap/buckle: Comes on the black leather strap and stainless steel buckle pictured.
Price is $1100. I'll cover insured US shipping, and international shipping is available but options are to be discussed with the buyer. Bank transfer/Transferwise is preferred for payment. OF seller reviews are here. Returns are accepted if the watch is grossly misrepresented. Watch is located in the USA.
