For your consideration is this vintage 1967 Omega Speedmaster ref: 105.012-66 CB.
    Serial: 24.9XX.XXX

Dial: Beautiful applied logo "Narrow Ts" dial in excellent condition and with great patina. Tritium plots have been stabilized in the past and are in great shape with some minor degradation. 2 small blemishes on the dial can be seen between the 53 - 54 & 8 - 9 minute markers. (Please keep in mind that you are viewing high resolution images taken with a DSLR & a 100mm macro lens under bright studio photography lighting. These are hardly noticeable to the naked eye).
Hands: Original Tritium hands in very good shape. Minute hand has minor Tritium flaking.
Case: 'CB' asymmetrical case. Appears to be unpolished. The beautiful CB facets on the lugs are sharp and well defined. Case shows some wear, (Please refer to pictures).
Bezel: Very nice "DON" (Dot Over Ninety) TACHYMETRE bezel with no chipping. A ding near 75 marker and some minor wear as shown.
Bracelet: Original Omega 1039 bracelet with 516 end links. Bracelet is dated 3/67 and is in very good shape with some stretch.
Movement: Omega Cal 321. Running and keeping good time. No known service history.
Accessories: Box & papers. Though blank, the 2nd owner whom I purchased this watch from said that this is how he purchased it from the original owner several years ago.
Omega Extract Of The Archives has been ordered and will be shipped to the buyer upon arrival from the Omega Museum.

    Notes:
Very appealing example of a "full set" 105.012-66 CB Speedmaster with a very nice dial and an amazing CB case.

Asking price: [WATCH IS SOLD] $16,000.00 net to me which will include worldwide shipping.
Payment by wire or PayPal (Buyer covers fees).

    Located in Los Angeles.
    F2F deals are always welcome.

Extremely huge versions of the images found in this ad can be e-mailed to an interested buyer upon request (they are too large to upload here).
I will offer a 48 hour inspection/approval on the watch.
Full refund only if grossly misdescribed or not 100% authentic Omega.
(No buyer's remorse returns will be accepted).
If returned, watch must be in 100% exact same condition received.

    Thanks OF for the space!

Just to be clear, are the box and papers original to the watch in your opinion @ndgal ?

Above - I hunt full sets and as a collector personally don't care if the guarantee is blank. If the sports watches are backed with an archive in the Connies have their COSC's, then I'm satisfied.

This watch has the documents which were provided upon original sale. The key is to check the small print on the booklets for proper date coding appropriate to the watch production.

    Nice watch ndgal GLWS!

There is really no way of knowing, unless you were the original owner.
This is how I acquired the watch from its second owner, and he claims to have bought it as is from the original owner.
From the many "Full set" Speedies I've had go through my hands, most of them had blank papers. (And I've bought a few of them from the original owners myself).

Lovely example of what is in my opinion, the zenith of the asymmetric cased Speedmasters.

If the extract shows this anywhere near 3/66, then I want this.

The 105.012-66 CB case back gives me hope that the bracelet was a later replacement. @ndgal if you get the archive report and it shows a 3/66 delivery date, I will take it.

It’ll come back as around September 1967.
