Hello everyone, still continuing my search for an interesting watch from 1967. This one is up for sale on a Japanese auction site. If any of you have advice about the watch or a fair price for it, I would be grateful. The serial number is described as 244925

The movement is described as a calibre 561

the hands look wrong, and i'm thinking it is a redial
    - the swiss made is too high
    - the minute track is too far from the edge of the pie pan
    - the thicker minute markings at the hour mark are off centre at the 4 and 5 o'clock mark

Thanks, this is the way it always goes. Now that you mention it, those observations seem clear to me. I don't know why I can't seem to spot them originally. Since I was born in 67 and I haven't had a "redial", I'd rather wait for something original.

to add to all of that, i'm not convinced it was a pie pan to begin with.

Probably was, but I think when they redid the dial the edges also became duller. Hands also look replaced.

The case has been over polished as well.
