105.012 reference with caliber 321 movement

249547XX serial number is date correct

Transitional pre-moon model with Seamonster on back right after straight lug references.

Excellent condition with no dings, dents, or deep scratches.

Dial is excellent applied logo with yellow aged patina. Hands have been replaced in past.

Caseback is excellent with crisp Seamonster and stamped 105.012 - 66

Bracelet is 1039 fits a 7.25" wrist and is probably original to the watch with date stamp 3/67

No boxes, no papers, no documented service history.

Chrono runs and resets as should.

The bezel looks like an older replacement too? Although vintage, it should be "dot-over-90"?

Given the audience of this forum, I would hope that I don't have to hold anyone's hand in identifying these items.
So, for those not familiar, the crown is service with wider logo, the insert is newer and not "dot over 90", and once again, the hands have been replaced (let's make it clearer, with NON Speedy Pro hands)
This is not a "beginner" Speedy. I would hope someone who is looking specifically for a 105.012 would recognize these details from my pictures, description or by asking me directly.
