The best approach in general is to research auction sales and I'd suggest that you make an effort yourself to identify comps. However, IMO this particular watch will be difficult to appraise accurately because of the heavy gold bracelet, which is rare and valuable, but the number of legit buyers is limited. I'd suggest consigning with a good dealer or auction house to get it in front of serious buyers.

The watch is so heavily polished that it is scrap value plus some for the movt.
The gold dial could be sold separately.

The gold bracelet (which wouldn’t normally be seen on a Constellation should be sold separately.

For reference, the case should look like this 14382.
