At €200 it would be worth taking at chance, at €750 you can do much much better. This watch has seen a life with lots of scratches and dings around the bezel and case back. The dial shows deterioration near the crown, probably due to water ingress. Seconds hand should be gold to match the hands and markers. You would likely need to factor in a service cost as the movement looks dirty and neglected.
