Hey guys,

as much as I like Enicar chronographs, I lile military watches. What is better to have a military used Enicar 😁. Since the British and American used three hand Enicar watches from WWII are known, the usage of the Jet Graph was new to me. (disclaimer: I really mean used,...not issued).

During the last two years three different owners of early Jet Graphs wrote me and wanted to share their watches with me. They not just had the same first execution of the watch in common, but also that they all served during conflicts in South-East-Asia.

Watch number one was used by a US Army pilot who flew all kinds of choppers. His first tour he started with the UH-1 Huey and ended with the AH-1G Cobra. His second tour he was in the Cockpit of the CH-47 Chinook and OH-58 Kiowa. For me it was new that one pilot would fly so many different kind of helicopters. Maybe some of you can enlighten me in this path if this was normal. The name of the pilot was Cpt. Kenneth G. and he bought his grey dial Jet Graph in 1969.

The usage of the second Jet Graph was a bit foggy. The owner just told me he got it from a friend who was pilot for the CIA driven Air America. He bought his watch 1967 in Laos.

The third one was owned by a British soldier who served during the "Malayan Emergency" in 1969. Thats also the year he bought the watch. Besides doing a good job for him during combat action, he also was wearing the watch during his 11.000km home trip from Malaysia to the UK by car. Different times I guess 😁 What differs the watch to the other two is the blue dial. Here at OF we would call it "Blue Soleil" I guess 😉 Looks like it is a quite rare variant of the first Jet Graph Execition. Luckily I was able to buy this watch from him.

If you want to read a bit more about it, I just wrote a new blog post over Enicar101.com with more facts about the three guys, why there is a green dot on the first example and of course more pics.

I just got the original pics of the trip from South-East Asia to the UK with the blue Jet Graph. Unfortunately you can't see the watch on the wrist but the pics are cool anyway. Lt. N. Carr was the original owner of this watch.

Found another Blue dial Jet Graph, this time it wasnt with a military background. The first owner was working on a German Oil Rig in the north sea. One of 250 build in this configuration and with an almost perfect dial
