Up for sale is a nice, original, and unpolished stainless steel dog leg 168.005 reference with a pie pan dial featuring yellow gold and onyx accents. Please see below for more info, and don’t hesitate to direct message me with questions.

Dial: Original, non-refinished pie pan dial features yellow gold and onyx accents. The dial has developed some minor spotting. Some of it seems to be surface level (flaking clear coat?) and perhaps could be cleaned off with rodico if desired (no guarantees).

Case: Original 34.5mm stainless steel 168.005 reference case is in very nice, unpolished condition with sharp bevels on the lugs and a nice medallion on the caseback. These cases are notorious for having the bevels on the lugs polished away, but this one remains nice and sharp. The caseback is stuck too tight to get it off with a rubber ball and I don’t want to risk scratching it with a wrench, so I don’t have photos of the inside of the caseback.

Crown: Original signed decagonal crown.

Crystal: Original signed crystal with the Omega logo etched in the center. It’s free of scratches although it does have a small amount of debris beneath the crystal that could be cleaned off by a watchmaker.

Movement: The movement runs, winds, and sets well, but service history is unknown so no guarantees on continued timekeeping. As mentioned above, I haven’t gotten the caseback off so I don’t have movement photos. It should be a 561 caliber.

Strap: Comes on the black alligator embossed strap pictured. The strap is unmarked so presumably it is faux leather.

Price is $1200 (reduced from $1300) shipped globally. Bank transfer/Wise (or similar) for payment. OF seller reviews are here. Returns are accepted if the watch is grossly misrepresented. Watch is located in the USA.

Price reduced. Also it’s worth calling out that the patina is much less harsh in most lighting.. my photos don’t do it justice. Here’s another quick photo:
