I have never seen that dial before, but it is essentially identical to a 1st-generation Nivada Grenchen-Croton CASD with the word "chronograph" instead of "chronomaster", suggesting that it may have a Venus 210 movement. Condition looks good from the photos shown. I would price it a bit lower than similar 1st-gen Nivada-Croton examples, which are reasonably common, so the OP should be able to find plenty of comps.

Thanks.I found out the dial is from an upstate N.Y. jeweler that’s no longer in business and as far as the value I still have no clue.

Is it possible for this watch to be a 23?

How much is a first generation Nivada Grenchen in good condition?

I think the suggestion is for you to do a little homework. Try doing a search of eBay completed sales, or a little Googling. There are some very knowledgeable folks here, but they don't hold the current market value of every watch in their heads. The watch looks quite nice, BTW.

😀

Forgive my ignorance but what has this watch got to do with modern Omega watches?

First thing would be to remove that stretch band and keep it away from the case lugs.
