Dear OF members, I'm offering my Glycine Airman for sale. This is the more uncommon early version with the triangle plots at `24' and `12.' Its all original with a very sharp case. I don't think its ever polished but if so must be very lightly. The watch was previously owned by a US army veteran during the Vietnam war. Link here: http://www.dailyprogress.com/obitua...cle_31ad8f70-0eb8-5cdc-a062-04d743ca5cac.html. Case: Stainless steel case with minor scuffs but nothing severe. 36mm excluding crown. Movement: Felsa 692. Hacking feature works. Bezel ring lock works. (Thank you to @Tubber for correcting me regarding the movement) Service: Unknown service history. Currently working but would benefit from a service. Dial: All original and unrestored. All lume present. The lume on dial is a bit more patina than on the hands but its common on these Glycine Airmans for some reason. Strap: Leather strap Price (includes US shipping) is US$1950 or best offer. Bank wire/PayPal gift option or PayPal plus fees and references. Watch is located in Chicago. I have plenty of references on this forum and can provide more upon request. I will accept return if item is not as described. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for looking and thank you OF for the space!
Outstanding example, even without the interesting history. Good luck with your sale to a lucky buyer.
