As part of efforts to refocus my collection, I have up for sale a very nice Ernest Borel. Case: Stainless steel, 34mm across without crown and 37mm with the crown. Lug to lug width is 40mm. Crown is signed. Lug width is 18mm. Dial: Original, silver linen dial which is striking and quite hard to photograph. The 'M' is slightly faded though still visible. External condition: The watch still retains lug edges and sides of the case. There are light marks from daily use on the case and caseback. The caseback has the words 'Sea Gem 17' and the Sea Gem logo in the middle. The watch does not appear to have been serviced as there are no service marks and the gasket caseback appears to be original. Movement: FHF-73, 17 jewel manual wind. Was checked earlier this year by my watchmaker and is running well. A service is recommended for daily use. The watch will come supplied on the 18mm black strap as seen in the pictures, which fits my 6.75" wrist quite comfortably. I am asking for 325USD including shipping from Australia. Payment can be made via PayPal friends. I have references on this forum and watchexchange on reddit as a buyer and seller, as well as on eBay under the handle 'boyzwillbeboyz.' Any questions, please ask via a PM!
