1960s De Ville Quadrant - Pricing

Looking at purchasing this vintage De Ville for $450. From my research, it looks legit to me. Verified the crown has the Omega logo on it.

The closest I could find on eBay was this 70s one (obviously much better condition). Link

Firstly, is it legit? Is this a fair price?

Thank you! My first (potential) Omega

It looks legit at first glance. The sweep hand may be short or broken. It's a cool dial, but gold-filled watches in rough condition never have a lot of value. I think you need to decide for yourself how much you value it.

The eBay comp is gold-capped, not filled, and in much better condition. But even so, the asking price is absurd.

Significant pitting and spotting on dial I would get better pictures before deciding

I'm going to see it in person tomorrow. Anything else I should be aware of?

I just saw a very similar watch (which looks to be in better condition than the OP watch) that just sold in an auction. Maybe it'll help give you a better idea of value.
