Chances are it is, however it appears to have been grafted on by a jeweler and not original Omega so don’t over pay, value is in the gold and not as an Omega watch.

Without hallmarks on the clasp I’m guessing the Omega symbol was created by whoever added the bracelet. This type of work was fairly common back in the day.
Still just worth a bit over the weight of the gold, as this isn’t a desirable style of watch in today’s market.
