Up for sale is a stunning gold capped railtrack dial 14381 reference Omega Constellation. Railtrack dials are less common than their pie pan counterparts and much cooler in my opinion. The movement is also one of the 20k second series “special chronometer” movements. Please see below for more info, and don’t hesitate to direct message me with questions.

Dial: Original, non-refinished silver railtrack dial is very nice, having developed a light gold-ish patina in the center area that complements the gold case very well. These railtrack dials are quite unique and uncommon.

Case: Original 34.5mm gold capped 14381 reference case is in nice condition. It appears to be unpolished with a sharp bevel on the bezel and a nice caseback medallion.

Crown: I had a later Omega decagonal replacement crown installed during service.

Crystal: Generic crystal is free of scratches.

Movement: The original 551 caliber automatic movement was serviced by my watchmaker in November 2022 and comes with a 1 year service warranty. The serial number dates to 1959 and is one of the 20k consecutive movements designated with especially good results (see the second milestone in this article).

Strap: Comes on the brown DeBeer leather strap pictured. The two tone beads of rice bracelet is also available.

Price is $1800 on the leather strap or $2100 on the BOR, shipped globally. Bank transfer/Wise (or similar) for payment. OF seller reviews are here. Returns are accepted if the watch is grossly misrepresented. Watch is located in the USA.

Just realized that my steel one is in that same batch!

And for those not familiar with this dial, you really need one in your collection, way cooler than a pie-pan!
