The upper left lug looks more polished than the others, not sure if it is just the photo. The dial and hands look good but crown is wrong for sure. I am still learning so wait for others to weight in.

 

Why say crown is wrong? Interestingly listing expressly says it's original crown, I think.

It's gold - check the inside case back shot. The lighting is bright which changes the hue of the gold.
