路I am currently rebuilding my collection and thus another fine watch has to go.
Up for sale from my private collection is this nice Longines Conquest Calendar:
Conquest Calendar Ref. 9005
- Serial no. 10067xxx dates back to 1956
- Cal. 19ASD, very clean
- Stunning original dial, deluxe version in solid gold with faceted indices ring
- Massive solid gold case in 18K rose gold (35,2 mm without crown)
- Rose gold hands
- Signed original Longines crown
- Gold medallion on caseback "Longines Seal of Quality"
The deluxe dial of this conquest creates a fantastic mirror effect which is one of the nicest to be admired on a "deluxe dial" watch. The perfectly matching original dauphine hands complete the ensemble. The dial is one of the cleanest I have ever seen on a deluxe dial 19ASD conquest. All the original printing is crisp and complete.
The massive solid gold case with it's chunky lugs is overall in very good condition for a 60 years old watch. I have to mention that there is one ding on the caseback and that the medallion has lost some of it's enamel.
The movement is clean and the watch is running strong. It winds and sets very smooth. When I bought the watch about two years ago it was checked by a watchmaker on behalf of the dealer. It was cleaned and oiled and two wheels were replaced at that time.
The watch comes with a full-cut genuine alligator strap and original vintage Longines buckle. Also included is the original Longines box. The box with it's leather body and integrated leather wallet (alligator) is a highlight on it's own which you won't see very often.
This is a highly colleactable Conquest that comes with a nice package. I am asking for 2.500 EUR (OBRO) which includes worldwide shipping to your door. Bankwire is preferred, paypal please add 4% (payment must be done in Euro). The watch and I are located in Germany. Multiple shipping options are available like EMS, parcel services e.g. UPS, TNT, DHL Express...
I have references here on OF, on German watch forums and a lot of positive feedback on ebay.
Please have a look on the pictures and feel free to answer to this thread or PM me directly if you have any questions. No returns unless the condition of the watch is misrepresented.
Thanks for looking!
