Hello,
I have found this Omega that I like but I have never seen it anywhere. The gentleman cannot open it on the back so I am a little suspicious.
From these photos could you let me have some info?
Thanks a lot in advance.

Luminous matches ok in many areas on the dial. Has the dreaded retainer ring on the back. Hate those as many have cross threaded them trying to screw them one

crown looks like a replacement

bumper movement, but won’t know which caliber until opened

omega made a large variety of dial and even today I’ve seen many I have never seen before. Bear in mind. You will only see one when someone posts one to the internet and even then it may not show up in a search

Do not attempt to open without the correct tool.

I'm not sure I've seen that exact dial, but I have no reason to doubt it. The damage is very unfortunate.

IIRC these were offered in 14K gold filled and solid gold cases, the solid gold reference would be a G6525, these had gold retainer rings, the GF versions had steel rings as seen on OPs watch. These are American market watches.

Here is a solid gold (G6525) one from my archives, it has a caliber 351.

Dial looks a little bit like the ill-fated Omega Techno Beat.

Looks like a nice original piece.

Great! Thanks Gator!

Just to clarify, Gator is NOT saying OPs watch is a Techno Beat, just that the dial is similar. It's definitely NOT a Techno Beat.

A little more digging and OPs watch comes up as a G6232.
