So... 'twas a good week! I got into an AMAZING estate belonging to an awesome old-school watch collector who purchased these pieces brand new! I was like a kid in a candy store (but instead of candy it was sweet vintage watches that cost a lot more than bubblegum...)

Going to keep what I can and pass along the rest. Starting with this one, that falls RIGHT smack in the middle - where I want to keep it but know I should sell it...

Really incredible solid 14k white gold mystery dial LeCoultre with original box in awesome shape. To me, this is what vintage is all about - a wholly unique piece you won't see others at work or play wearing, that is sure to draw the right kind of attention. Believe it to be from the 50s, which tracks with the story the original owner told me (a gift from his first wife "so I didn't wear it much!")

Look at this sweetness!

I think it's pretty amazing to find one like this from the original owner. Has some storage wear, like marks on the crystal that would polish out but I really wanted to leave it as found. Look at those lugs!!! (Took at mix of indoor and outdoor shots, some with macro to really get in there.)

Size is 33mm, and takes a 16mm strap (one pictured is included.) I'd say it wears like 34mm or 35mm with those oversized lugs. Here's a pic on my 6.5 inch wrist:

I don't believe the hand wound JLC movement has ever been touched, so I'd factor in a service if you're going to wear it regularly (as you should!) Case was opened by the original owner's watch maker ahead of me getting into the estate. He took some... not great pics, which I'm attaching here to at least show the 14k mark on the inside of the case back. Happy to have my watchmaker open her up and take better pics on request:

Tricky to price, as there was only one other comp I could find with this dial and these lugs, that one didn't have the original box. I'm thinking $1200 covers me and allows someone to get into a solid gold JLC at a reasonable price. That will include fully insured shipping anywhere in the US. International shipping to be discussed.

Payment via Paypal F&F, Wise, or Venmo.

No returns unless misrepresented. And it won't be. I have a lot of great feedback here to prove that.

Thanks for looking at this one owner beaut! And as always, thanks to OF for the space!

This was a treat to see in full kit. Thanks offering it here so even us spectators could catch a thrill.

Absolutely! Have a few more beauts from this estate I will likely be offering up. Stay tuned!
