·Distinctive lug designs from these Swiss WMs like IWC, particularly in the 40-50s really have a way of dressing up the typically staid formal wear watch. They really do jump out at you. Nice one OP..

·Ok, so is not 1950s, but I think it is beautiful anyway. It IS classically beautiful as a cushion form case, identical to a trench watch but deriving from the late 1930s
