Up for sale is a ETA1168 powered Damas watch from the 1950s. Looking for $325USD via PayPal shipped from Australia. The movement is unique in that the seconds hand is constantly running, with the top pusher pausing the seconds hand and the bottom resetting it to zero. The seconds hand can not be 'locked' unlike other proper chronographs. More information about the movement can be found here, and a video of how the movement functions is here. Movement has been finished beautifully, when compared to the stock ETA1168. Pushers and crown have lost a bit of chrome plating, while case and crystal has some marks from use. To my knowledge the watch has not been polished, with edges and lugs still sharp. Hand will reset to zero with a firm press. 32mm case diameter (34mm with crown) and 40mm lug-to-lug. 17mm lug width, currently paired with a 16mm lizard grain strap. Dial has nicely aged with patina. I believe there is a fingermark on the dial where the 9 o'clock marker is. Watch has not been serviced in my possession and should be prior to daily use. Please see photos for more about condition. No refunds accepted unless watch is not as described. Please don't hesitate to PM me for further questions and I will do my best to respond!
