Anybody around to give a look at this dial? Lugs look clean. Movement looks ok to me but I’m a novice. On BoR and sitting at $240 ish

Maybe I’m seeing something but it looks like something (the bracelet?) has been carving away on the underside of two of the lugs.

Great catch. That’s why I ask. Thanks. I’ll let it ride.

Just a tired-looking watch overall, IMO. Unappealing dial, worn and polished case, missing lume in the hands. Dirty movement with corrosion. Not a watch to spend money on IMO. I don't know what the final price will be, but with patience, I'm sure you can get an attractive example for under $500.

Not a BoR, something generic, maybe JB Champion, which is why it doesn't fit properly and destroyed the lugs.

Details, details...

Just curious, how much did it end up be?
$330. There were 30 plus bidders on it.

I wasn’t convinced that it was BoR. I had already decided, before I posted the pics and based on his dealer info, that I would return it if not the case and I ended up winning it.

That is called a brick link bracelet. Not sure that would be grounds for a return. "Beads of rice" and "brick-link" are just generic bracelet styles and that doesn't affect the value. If it's a JB Champion, it has value, which may be part of the reason the watch sold for as much as it did.
