Just looking for some opinions on this which I have been shown this morning but I haven't had in hand. It is a jumbo 2605 model using the 266 30mm movement on a 13.6m serial. I have my suspicions which have been strengthened by the lack of any concentric circles in the sub dials but I would value the view of the collective. That and the fact is it black which is the biggest warning sign of all usually. I note it has the older narrow applied logo, all the ones I see on Google have the wider feet version but this is from the early 1950 so might just be right. The block index style also looks later than the usual versions seen in the early 50s I note...

Redial/put together or not? If so what make you think so?

Looks definitely like a redial to me. Subdial, swiss made and font, white and off, look to be the major tell tales.

Undoubtedly a redial, for the reasons mentioned above.

Agree. The font generally appears too thick and imprecise.

Thanks guys, you have confirmed my thinking but I wanted to seek a second opinion so I wasn’t speaking falsely to its seller.
