·Hi all,
up for sale today my pink gold 18kt Universal Genève ref. 124103. Case serial dates it back to circa 1950.
I bought this watch locally in april 2022, it received a full service just after the purchase and then sparingly worn.
It's a nice survivor from the golden era of the swiss chronographs, with its generous size sits great on the wrist.
Reason of sale is raising funds for another purchase.
Everything is original in this watch but the crown, which is generic. Also the sought after original buckle is present.
Unmolested 38mm excluded crown 18kt pink gold case is in very good shape. Gold and UG marks are there. Crown, as said, is generic but consistent in shape, size and gold tone with the case. Hands set is original, hour and minutes are showing a bit of oxidation. Lug width 20mm.
Original dial has developed a light and even warm patina, everything is fully readable and imho very appealing.
285 manual winding chronographic movement was fully overhauled in may 2022 by my trusty watchmaker and works strong. Manual winding by the crown is smooth and precise.
Watch comes on a worn alligator light brown band with its 16mm original UG buckle.
Please ask me via pm for any doubt about the watch. I will reply as fast as possible.
Watch and me are located in Rome, Italy. I'm asking 2000 euros shipped with tracking code and ensured with Secursus everywhere within EU. Overseas transactions are welcome with shipping costs and modality to be decided with buyer.
Payment via bank wire or paypal FF, a face to face in Rome is possible.
I have some good feedbacks so far on OF at the following links, but plenty of references from other international fora and ebay to provide if needed:

Before posting some pics, thanks a lot OF for the opportunity and thanks you all for looking.
