goodcall,
what ever happened to the possibility of ordering a new bezel through Al? was that not possible, after all or did you decide to sell the watch prior to going through with that?

thanks

hi there
I've been trying to get it by myself(never asked Al) straight from Omega but......

"We acknowledge receipt of your email dated May 28th 2014.

We are pleased to learn that you own an OMEGA Constellation watch.

We have taken note that you are looking for a new bezel for your watch and would like to inform you that, for quality reasons, OMEGA SA and its worldwide network centers do not supply any watch components directly to end consumers.

In order to guarantee a perfect service performance for our watches, the components for OMEGA watches are only replaced, delivered and sold in the context of the repair of a complete watch by a professional OMEGA service center.

We suggest you therefore to contact our affiliate in Canada for further assistance:
The Swatch Group (Canada) Ltd"

It sounds expensive and there's no sentymental value to this watch so I decided to sell it-that's all.
