Most have dials which are far more deteriorated. It dates to 1947. The radium dial is beautiful. It shows a nice even patina. The blued hands are wonderful. All lume in hands and on numerals is intact. The full 33.5 mm stainless steel step case is sharp and unpolished. Note that the upper left lug is very slightly displaced (0.2mm). The caseback is good and shows clearly the MN engraving. Everything is original, including crown. The original crystal was discolored and a bit cracked (yet included in the sale) and was replaced by a correct spec replacement with exactly the same domed shape. The watch was a proper French barn find. A full service was executed by my watchmaker, in which the T-spring was replaced by an original Longines one. It runs wonderfully. Bump - 1.820 euro and open to sensible offers. The last one sold on eBay was a series 2 in worse condition, and that one sold unserviced for 1.767 euro.
