Today I am offering the watch that got me into vintage Omega, and these forums as a result. With the other watches I have, and some incoming back from service, this one has not been on the rotation as of late, so offering it to a new home! Asking for $250USD via PayPal. Prices includes shipping from Australia. I especially want to thank @Tire-comedon for vouching for this watch back when I got it, and the experience and the friendliness of the forums is something that is amazing to behold, and I want to continue giving and contributing! Dimensions: 29mm case, 31mm with crown, 37mm lug-to-lug. 16mm lug width. Comes on a vintage, fixed buckle brown padded leather band with very little wear. This is a 1944 Cal 23.4 in a CK4044 case. The previous seller indicated that the hands and dial were in original condition and not re-lumed. Dial has spotting that for me, as a patina lover, I enjoyed. The only blemish is that the print for the 10 minute marker is missing, and there is a hole in the lume of the minute hand. Case, caseback, and crystal have some light marks and scratches from the time I wore the watch. The previous seller indicated that they had oiled the watch before sending it to me. I dropped the watch and had to send it to a watchmaker recommended by my friend to fix the balance. I've worn it a couple of times since. The watch is running, however I timed it over a 24 hour period and it appears to have gained about 90 seconds. Please consider a service if you will wear this daily. Please see photos for further details. No refunds unless watch is not as described. I have positive feedback here on the forums as both a buyer and a seller, as well as on the /watchexchange page on reddit, and 100% positive buyer and seller feedback on eBay. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to send me a PM!
