I have a UG Moonphase here. From the other forum looks like it might be from 1943-45?

Doesn't look like the band is original.

Serial # is 1013959 (22502)

I haven't been able to find one similar to it online, is it legit? Is it worth anything?

Picture is quite bad but the hands and dial look original to me. The watch is in real bad condition with the hour hand stuck beneath the sub second hand, it will require a good watch maker to fix as it seems the height profile of some the hands are wrong and need someone who can make/extend the tube. Crown looks like a replacement.

But as has been mentioned, it's in poor condition. The dial is original, but soiled. The hands look correct.

 

I actually think this would clean up very well - I think the dial is in pretty decent condition, and the case looks to be in good condition too. Bring it to a good watchmaker and tell him not to do any polishing or dial restoration of the sort and you'd have a nice piece on your hands.
