1940’s Original Dial?

Hello all, this belongs to a relative who inherited it a number of years ago, small (23mm) omega with the serial number putting it early 1940’s - also 15 jewel. Do you think the watch dial is original, I cannot seem to find one similar? Thank you 😀

I would say the dial was refinished, but that was common back in the day.

I agree, the logo is too modern and corresponds to the 70s
