1939 Officer case mystery

Would anybody happen to have any information on this 31mm Omega model by any chance? Based on the movement serial number it is supposedly a 1939 example. I gather it is a 26.5 cal and upon initial investigation the cap jewel setting for the balance is sort of floating about tangled with the balance, hence i now know why it was sold as not running. I’m a heavy patina guy so the dial condition is fine for my tastes and was the main reason I bought it. Case back has Modele + Depose which I gather is known, as is the Non Magnetic on the dial. The cracks in the crystal do distort things on the dial a little in these pictures.

Any initial thoughts or information on this watch? Do you by any chance know the model? I haven’t seen another like it, particularly the numeral font. I was told to check out Officer cases, and this appears identical so that narrows things down somewhat although I saw they weren’t supplied to the Swedish military as official ‘Officer’ models until 1942 and the case back texts were in Swedish on those particular models.

Case back has the number 667 inside, plus a few watchmaker marks.

Possibly. Thanks for the reply.

What date is that from please? I can see there is no ‘Officer’ on the dial.

Omega Officer is a military version made for Sweden, with reference number 2299. Your watch is essentially its twin, but produced for the civilian market.
I’ve seen similar examples at auctions with the same type of casebacks, although those watches didn’t have a reference number. If I can find them again, I’ll post them here.
In the photos, you can see my Officer with the Swedish engraving on the outer caseback.
