I found this while suring around the internet. I can't find any information on that model anywhere and couldn't find any other watches for sale that looked like this. I like the style since its obviously so close to a Panerai. Is there a series of watches that Omega made to look like this? Or is this some sort of weird fake?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Is that a Photoshop mock up? Or was it offered on eBay by a Ukrainian seller?

A massive pile of shit, made up from an Omega pocket watch movement.

    ZERO collector value.

Oh great - wandolec. Ukranian franken master that we've discussed in disdain here on several occasions. That watch is pieced together by a schlockmeister.

Ahh. I guess I messed up and was searching for the model / year of the watch rather than where it was being held on. My bad!

    Thanks for the info!

I'm getting to the point of wanting to make some sort of official complaint to ebay about this Ukrainian idiot, the product is bogus, he wraps the truth in 800 words of watch company history to deceive and confuse people and there are so many getting ripped off.

Strange, The master watchmaker wandolec hasn't got any of his 'rare' watches on ebay. Maybe his engraver has burnt out ?::bleh::.
But seriously how the hell has he got 3074 positive feedbacks ????.

The only defence is to continue exposing his fraud.

Ebay doesn't give a shit, they're collecting some hefty fees on all those sales. People are leaving positive feedback (and I'd assume not filing Paypal claims) He's good for business.

I know something even better: report him to Richemont. They go after anybody infringing on the Panerai trademarks.

I agree with you, eBay has a vested interested, directly or indirectly.

It is just like asking a Real Estate Institute or some other quasi-government bodies to investigate the wrong-doing of their paying members. At the end of the day, the complainant discovers a mirage. On the face of it, it appears justice is being done but deep inside, go to hell with the complainants, since we have to keep our members who pay us their membership fee. Why should we protect the complainants, since it is not beneficial to us?

I cannot blame eBay for keeping an eye closed, each time they receive a complaint.

In order to get justice and a fair go, the complainant has to use the media or the Court. To go to Court, seeking compensation, it requires top dollars.

The victims will always remain victims and the laws are there to protect the rich and powerful. Truth is secondary to $$$$$!

I am saying this, based first-hand experience and not hear-say.

    Thank-you,
