Nice piece with an uncommon, sandwich dial. Crown, minute hand, and chronograph second hand appear incorrect. Edit: Both minute hand and chronograph second hand appear coherent in terms of tone and patina. However, the style of the counterpoise on the chronograph second hand is atypical for the period, and the minute hand appears slightly too long and misshapen at the end.
Pity that crown is awful. You’d think for a watch of that price someone would have melted a proper replacement.
Lovely watch. Maybe too expensive in my opinion. These 13ZNs are in the middle of a "speculation storm" in this period, again IMHO.
I disagree with you with regard the price: A sandwich dial is rare as well the engraving Giudici Milano

The crown above looks quite different. Furthermore, the case above is French-made and the dial has been poorly refinished. Not a good watch for comparison, regarding originality.
Compared to the first one? There is no comparison, the first is infinitely better. It has an original, sandwich dial, and a Swiss case that has not been polished to death. The example with the black dial is essentially worth nothing to a collector. Only the movement is of some value.
