18K Gold Omega Seamaster Front Loader ID Help 1960s

That looks like a front loader from the mid 1960s. You'll need to get a watchmaker to remove the movement from the front to access the serial number and model number for more info.

Here is side picture of bezel which is a ring that sits between crystal and mid case.

Dear Rendo , perhabs you can send me a picture of what this bezel looks like.
See the first photo that SOG53 posted above. Your photo clearly shows the recessed area where the bezel would sit (see arrows). You can also see the different finish at the bottom compared to the rest of the case.

Unfortunately the missing bezel is a huge issue. It will be nigh on impossible to find one (Omega may have them, but they won’t be cheap and you may need to pay for a full service to get one, unless an Omega watchmaker can order and install one without a service).

Was this bought from a dealer? Unless you paid the gold price, I’d really consider returning it if the missing bezel wasn’t disclosed.

The fact it needs a service (and the crown is incorrect) is much less of an issue than the missing bezel

...but even if the malfunction had not been declared by the seller, it would be a further factor in favor of the return...

Don’t get hung up on the crown. The bezel is the big, in fact massive issue if it is actually missing as it appears. I know a guy in the uk who could remake it but you are talking hundreds of pounds to do so.
