It looks NOS, including the strap and buckle.

Is that a modern piece? Maybe a modern replacement dial?

Serial number is in the 10 millions, so it /should/ be vintage, whether the dial is or not is well above my pay grade :coffee:

The fonts look appropriately vintage to my eye, and there is ever so light spotting, but I hope Mike will voice a more authoritative opinion.

The watch is original and the dial is not refinished. Case looks nice and lugs are thick. Movement is clean. All in all a very nice example of a small 33mm 30T2 SCRg. Price is too high especially for a 33mm example. I would say $3000-3500 for this one.
When I first got into vintage omegas in 2008, I thought Rgs were the most important watches to focus on - that's because my "teachers" place a lot of emphasis on these watches. I managed to get a few but haven't really kept up with more - in fact have sold a few also including some nice examples. Fast forward to 2012 and the nice gold connies while much more plentiful have gone up more in value and desirability than these earlier manual wind chronometres so I suppose having focused a bit more on the connies and other vintage omegas wasn't such a bad shift after all.

Well connies give you more daily wearable convenience with auto winding, some reasonable light water resistance and more uniquely designed dials

Best part of these RGs IMO is the movement being so nice to look at, needs a displayback badly

Very nice indeed - however, its size is a deal breaker for me. Not sure if I can handle such a small watch on my wrist. Any wrist shots with these models around here??

Here is a photo of my 6.75" wrist with a Patek 2484, which is about 32-33mm, so about 1mm smaller than the RG.

In the last four years, some models have gone up more than double in price

Yes they have - I am still amazed at the rapid escalation in prices for these models. Meanwhile, the Rg chronometres have appreciated maybe 10-15% during that same timeframe (if that much).
