I don't know much about the movement besides research, but I'm almost positive it is that one. The manufacturer (A Schild) is well regarded and made nice, swiss movements. They were apparently one of the biggest manufacturers of movements for quite a while. But again, didn't survive the quartz crisis.
As far as value (since that is what I suspect you care to know), there are a ton of movements sitting on ebay for <$100. The watch itself isn't particularly special. Likely a watch that is worth significantly less than a service-cost, but if it runs well, it is worth sitting on your wrist for a while.
