Apparently one sign of French cases are oversized stars on caseback medallion which this one certainly has (Maybe too big?) . My understanding is that cases were made locally (France or England) and movements/dials were imported from Suisse and installed and sold locally, so not sure that dials need to say Fab Suisse?- but need experts to clarify this
Is the case rose gold? I think you have some moderate dial issues with spotting, and the lower left lug looks damaged/scraped. And the case has been polished a fair bit. But I am on the steep learning curve.

I don’t know what the rules were regarding ‘fab suisse’ but there are lots of French cased Constellations without it on the dial.

The serial is early but fine.

The case has seen some polishing which leads to the worn down stars looking even larger than they normally do.

The crown is a replacement.

It does look like rose gold and would still be a handsome watch at the right price - but IMHO the patinated dial is somewhat at odds with a high end dress watch.

The leading 3 on the case number indicates local case production so French makes sense.
