I could be wrong but I think that hand is measured from the hole to the tip. The tail is sort of left to one's imagination. Look at PZ5031 on O. Frei for your crystal, there's a couple depending on the ring. It's about half way down the page.
I think @ahsposo is correct about both items. You usually need the extra 0 in the number for these 60s watches. Here from Cousins and the glass with gold ring is PX. X is gold, Z is steel. As I remember, W is white and Y is rose gold. Available hands And for the likely correct one Hope this helps, Chris
