While Omega still called it "Symbol" it became part of the De Ville collection.
It is genuine IMO, and I suspect it may be a reference 196.0316.
I would be hesitant in recommending this watch as the unusual case lug configuration makes it extremely hard to get a correct replacement strap. Same with the bracelet model (396.1016).
