A more accurate description of the pattern and design might be barcode dial, as if a novice were told that name it would definitely make sense. These dials are noteworthy by their lack of a model name on the dial, just an intriguing pattern and the Omega logo as with many other members of the "International Collection" produced by the brand during this time period. Incidentally this is number 50 now since the launch of the stories section in late July. There’s so much in the Omega back catalog to cover but if anyone has any special requests or favorites to suggest let me know and I’ll add them to the list.

@dsio A wonderful read and thanks for writing about this particular reference. Reading through the story caused me to appreciate my Stainless Steel with the blue dial variant even more!

The way the color change dependent on the angle the dial is viewed, mentioned in the story, is truly wonderful in person.
