Hi, just bought this one, is it a good one?
70 End links on it, fits a classic Constellation 168.005?
Could be a little short (15cm), any proposals where to get extra links?
How can links be added?

Yes they can be added.
The removable links have holes in them like the ones either side of the clasp in your photo.
There are usually 3 or 4 of them on each part of the bracelet I think.
The clasp can be adjusted also - yours looks to be adjusted to the minimum, so if it’s only a bit too small you could try that.
Otherwise EBay or a WTB add is your way forward.
