Appears that the textured dial has been professionally redone, but in keeping with the original style textured dial, generic crown probably not gold, non Omega marked crystal

I opened the case back and found inside these numbers 11045020 underneath that is 2576 and underneath that is 2518
2576 is the reference number for stainless steel
2518 is the reference number for 14K gold
Also inside the case back is marked Omega and .585 (14K gold)
The movement is marked 17J, adjusted to 5 positions, Movement # 12188920, and Cal 343 (automatic chronometer certified), circa 1949, only 5,000 of these were produced by Omega
