Swiss case by the look of it. Omega did make cases with gadroons on the case body and indeed power them with the 28mm (cal 360) handwinds. I have a problem with how the movement fits into the case as it appears to be missing clamps or stabiliser pins.

Actually the movement on these has a very sung fit into the case back, negating the need for clamps, etc.
